Hi, I’m Lisette
I am a: Californian, wife, mother of one, food content creator and Jackie-of-many-trades. Three years ago my husband’s job transitioned our family to Denver, CO., where I was quickly inspired to merge many of my west coast leanings (I believe out here they call it ‘bougie’) with my new Rocky Mountain surroundings on this, here, page.
I am a sommelier by trade, a fitness fanatic for sport, and a current SAHM committed to making this privileged and wild ride that is parenthood a little more intentional. I have a “yes, and…” mindset, a taoist approach to change (be like water, always), and am a ferocious advocate for using food as a platform for creativity, for physical and mental health, and for nourishing those I love.
